The Sports Shack, Founded in 1996 is an independent athletic organization for young men and women. It is committed to providing instructional supervision in a disciplined setting, emphasizing athletic fundamentals, skills, and techniques in specific training categories. In providing nutritional education, which fosters the growth of sound, well maintained bodies, the Sports Shack encourages, the development of good character, to become confident, capable athletic competitors, as well as healthy, wholesome human beings, the mission of the sports shack will have been fully realized.
